Made to Measure

We provide two types of tailor-made services - Made to Measure and Made to Fit. These are not the same, and the difference is explained below, where we also give more details of these services. So please read this carefully before you place your order so you know what to expect if you choose Made to Measure or Made to Fit. We're good, but we can't (quite) work miracles!

Please note - you will be asked to fill in this form once you have completed your purchase. if you do not have time to fill it in then, we will send you a link with the email confirming your order to the Made to Measure form so that you can send it to us later. WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH YOUR ORDER UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED FORM BACK FROM YOU.

It is important that you fill this in accurately, as we then make the garment using these measurements in conjunction with a formula which results in a satisfactory fit in 95% of cases.

The formula reduces the measurements you give us by a given proportion to make allowance for the stretch of the rubber, so if you find the actual measurement is different from the one you gave us, this is not necessarily a mistake!

Please note that made-to-measure items are not always wrinkle-free. A few wrinkles here and there are perfectly normal and prevent your blood circulation from being restricted, especially at the joints, elbows and knees.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your made-to-measure garment, we can upgrade your order to a made-to-fit for an additional 40% of the usual cost - i.e. of the price advertised on the website (so 80% in total on the original price of the garment). So for example if a catsuit cost £269.95 standard fit it would be £377.93 made to measure and £485.91 made to fit.

For the made-to-fit process, we will ask you to return the original garment (which we will keep). We will then make the necessary adjustments, based on what you tell us regarding the fit and any other information you give us such as photos, and we will then make you an entirely new garment, which should achieve a very good fit. In a very few instances, it may not be possible to achieve a good fit even with the made-to-fit service. We will however inform you if this is the case before commencing work on your order and let you know what you can expect from your garment.
