Production, Exchange & Returns

 

For all the made-to-measure orders, please visit our main menu link MADE-TO-MEASURE on our shop to proceed further with submitting your measurements. One of our team members will get in touch with you very soon to assist you further with this. 

Once you have provided with all the measurements and custom making information and the designer has confirmed the start of the production process, we will send you a final confirmation email, after which the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled anymore.

Please be informed that our designers work on pre-orders on a case-by-case basis. At times, they might not be able to deliver an ordered item because of unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you about such cases as soon as possible, cancel the order and the amount paid will be transferred back to your account.
