Designer's Note
Hand embellished millennial pink tulle gown with custom-made sequins, Swarovski crystals and beads and a tulle ruffle bottom. Each ruffle is individually hand cut and attached to the mermaid bottom of the outfit. Corseted inner in silk twill with sheer side panels.
